Do you need Fuses? Solar Options

Fuses can help in preventing fires. There are other solar options to buying fuses if you do not want to replace a fuse after it breaks. Fuses can be quicker to break the load, but when they burn out, they have to be replaced.  Try using breakers. I recommend using breakers. It is easier, if it trips, you do not have to find a fuse. You can just reset the breaker immediately. 

So, do you need fuses? The answer is yes and no. You need fuses unless you use breakers. Please watch the video below. The table below will help you choose. Both are fine.
